After accepting their call to full time ministry early in life, they were afforded opportunities to lead churches across the nation such as Brownsville Assembly of God (Pensacola, Florida), Easton Worship Center (Columbus, Ohio) and built a church from ground up in Austin, Texas...Calvary Worship Center. One aspect of ministry they are most excited about is the privilege to birth several Hispanic churches, a Ghanaian church, and a French church which lends to their heart for a multicultural congregation and community. Each one of these Kingdom assignments added new layers of diversity, experience, and community engagement.
Having now led One City Church for more than 16 years, Apostle Randy Feldschau and Pastor Suzann Feldschau are best known for their ability to lead initiatives of faith in action both inside and outside the four walls of the local church.
Together, the Feldschaus ensure that One City Church provides leadership in the region through natural disaster relief, large scale food distribution, and community stabilization efforts through two ministry arms of the church—
Not In My City - a ministry formed July 7, 2016 to heal the racial divide in our city, state, and country by bringing community members and leaders, law enforcement, and city officials together to find common ground.
United Aid of Southeast Texas - a non-profit organization created in 2017 to rebuild over 150 homes damaged in Hurricane Harvey 2017 - present.
In addition to his work as a faith leader and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Apostle Feldschau has been a member of Beaumont City Council since May 2019. In her role, Pastor Suzann provides the operational oversight as Executive Pastor and Pastor of Women at One City Church.
Apostle Randy Feldschau and Pastor Suzann Feldschau are called to serve as catalysts for lasting transformation. Creating strong ties with the surrounding communities is how they spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They believe One City is more than a church name; it is their mandate for the region.
They have been married 42 years and have 2 children and 6 grandchildren who live locally and are active members at One City Church. Their daughter, Amy Everett serves as Community Outreach Pastor at One City Church and their son, Justin Feldschau, as a nurse practitioner. Their family is their delight!
Born in Southeast Texas, Amy moved all over the country throughout her childhood and young adult life with her parents who pastored in Austin, Texas, Columbus, Ohio and Pensacola, Florida before returning to Beaumont. Growing up as PK (Preacher’s Kid), encountering God at a very young age, followed by feeling the call to serve in ministry as a teenager, Amy solidified her desire to serve in ministry very early in her life. Amy’s greatest desire is for God’s children to walk in truth and freedom knowing who they are and whose they are. She longs to see people healed from the past so they are free to discover and walk out Gods calling and future destiny.
Amy holds a Psychology degree from the University of West Florida and a MSW (Master of Social Work) from the University of Houston. As a LMSW, her heart and passion is to help individuals both practically and spiritually. Amy was licensed to ministry at One City Church in 2018.
Amy is married to her best friend Michael since 2010 and they have three beautiful children: Anna Grace, Kate and Michael Louis.
Trained under Dave Ramsey’s coaching team with Ramsey’s Financial Coach Master Training, their focus and passion is leading others to financial freedom and teaching Biblical principles relating to money. Seth and Meredith’s calling is to see churches, communities, and future generations impacted on a deeply personal level, one family at a time.
Seth is a graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. In addition to teaching and coaching, Seth is the Facilities Director at One City Church. Using his Degree in HVAC, and a lifetime of learned skills in several fields, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position. Seth and Meredith are lifelong natives of Beaumont, Texas. Having a young family, you can imagine “free time” is not in their vocabulary. However, as a family, they do enjoy the backyard vegetable garden and working on what seems to be the never ending story of a “small home renovation."
Christi's daughter Julia is her number one priority. With a mixture of laughter, adventure, travel, and a good dose of lip gloss they make a great team.
Christi is a graduate of World Harvest Bible College in Columbus, Ohio under Pastor Rod Parsley. Christi has been featured on national television shows such as TD Jakes’ "The Gospel" and "The Dave Ramsey Show."
With her unique approach to ministry and the marketplace she is known for her passionate speaking and tenacious entrepreneurship. Christi delivers messages of healing over hardship that minister to all. With real life stories of trusting God for her own survival, Christi has become a highly requested keynote speaker with multicultural audiences. Christi is called to propel forward those who feel that life has stolen their purpose. By sharing her own struggles to victory, her listeners uncover the hidden glory of God's work in their own lives.

Both Justin and Esther display the heart of God in their desire to see the youth in Beaumont experience the love and power of God. They have a strong hunger to spend their lives equipping students for the work of the ministry, building students identity in Christ, and encouraging them to reach for their dreams. They have answered the call to this generation to help see an end time harvest of students be reached for Christ.
