One City Recovery Training

Join us March 22-23 for “How to have a Presence Driven Recovery Ministry?” If you are currently leading a recovery ministry or would like to start one that is spirit led and rooted in the truth and power of God’s word, this training is for you!

We are excited to have John Eklund with us, founder of Recovery ALIVE.

A little about Recovery ALIVE…

Recovery ALIVE prioritizes the Power of Jesus through the Holy Spirit to raise Hope From The Dead. Recovery ALIVE is an organic, living program, representing a living God. 

Recovery ALIVE works through a 12 step recovery process to promote healthy change centered around “3 P’s”, the POWER of Recovery, the PEOPLE of Recovery, and the PROCESS of Recovery.

This program harnesses the unchanging truth of Jesus Christ and His word to a living, organic process, in order to reach and minister to an ever-changing world.

Here is the schedule:

Friday- Recovery ALIVE service at 6:00 pm. Come see what a Recovery ALIVE service looks like.

Saturday Training-

  • 8:00-8:30 am Breakfast and Registration check in

  • 8:30-9:30 am Session 1: “Plan with Purpose”

  • 9:45-10:45 am Session 2: “The Philosophy of Recovery Alive”

  • 11:00am-12:00pm Lunch (choices listed below)

  • 12:15-1:15 pm Session 3: “Co-dependency: Learn to Identify and interrupt patterns of codependency in yourself and others.”

  • 1:30-2:00 pm Snack Break

  • 2:00-3:00 pm Session 4: “Addiction: Understanding the spiritual, physiological and emotional components fueling substance use”

  • 3:00-4:00 pm Narcan Training (You will get certified to administer Narcan and will go home with a box of Narcan!!)

$99 3/11-3/22

Holy Spirit gave me a mandate for 2022 and beyond…..

“develop and raise One City’s CORE leadership to a higher level”

Along with other methods, we will cultivate purpose, operate in power, resonate passion and elevate people through leadership training sessions 2-3 times a year. Our 2nd leadership training will be Aug 11-12 and we are blessed to have guest, Stefanee Tolbert, founder of Christian Life Academy and Chic-Fil-A consusltant as well as Pastor Feldschau as our speakers for this CORE gathering. To grow in leadership at One City Church every staff member, elder and “All-In” volunteer is highly encouraged to take advantage of this life-changing opportunity. I look forward to seeing you there!
